Getting help with Paper Heroes

Many questions are answered in the FAQ, including restoring Remove Ads on a new phone and changing your ad consent.

If you're reporting a bug, it helps if you include:

• your device (for example, "Pixel 8, Android 15" or "Windows 11 PC")
• the game version, shown in the bottom-left corner of the screen
• what you were doing when it happened, and the floor you were on
• a screenshot, if you can
